· 40+ years operative and board experience from Sweden, Russia and Latvia
· As the CEO of Mercuri International Group, a leading global consulting company in sales driven growth, Hakan turned an annual loss of USD27 million (SEK250 million) to a positive result in nine months
· Inventor of world-class institutions, Hakan led the formation of the Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education programme (SSEEE). KPMG valued SSEEE at USD220 million (SEK2 billion) in 2000
· Initiated and led the Partner programme - an activity aimed to secure additional funding for the SSE. The capitalised value of the SSE Partners programme amounted to USD160 million (SEK1.5 billion)
· Hakan has organised and participated in workshops with Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, Steve Ballmer, George Soros and others
