CREATING AFRICA’S FIRST SUPRANATIONAL CYBERSECURITY AUTHORITY

In 2025, Sense Strategy has helped create the first supranational cybersecurity authority for the African Continent. The Authority assist 21 countries in combating cyber crime and cyber theft.

ENABLING THE FINANCING OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND BROADBAND IN SOUTH ASIAN COASTAL COMMUNITIES

In 2025, Sense Strategy is enabling the financing of a novel entity providing affordable and clean electricity, water and broadband to fast growing coastal communities in South East Asia. The concept has the potential to solve the needs of an estimated 500M+ people globally living in developing coastal regions.

THE WORLD’S FIRST OIL TANKER - CREATING A NEW INDUSTRY

Sense Strategy’s DNA of innovation and world firsts has deep roots. in 1878, Sven Alexander Almqvist, the great grandfather of our Founder, designed and built the first oil tanker in the world the Zoroaster together with Ludvig Nobel the elder brother of Alfred Nobel. The first generation of oil tankers were named after the worlds religions and philosophies (Zoroaster, Mohamed, Buddha, Socrates). By doing so, the innovators thought of their innovation as a gift to all of mankind across all ethnicities, religions and geographies.

The above left picture shows the first drawings of a ship capable of carrying oil in tanks (“the Zoroaster”) hence the word ‘tanker’. Prior to this moment, oil was carried in ‘barrels’, a word that has also survived until today. The ship was constructed eight years before the invention of the combustive car engine by Karl Benz in 1886, and 60 years before oil was discovered in Arabia (1938 in the Dammam oil field).
