Today, we celebrate the National Day of Singapore.

Singapore, a city state and major global trading hub, has had a tremendous economic development in the last sixty years. It has the fourth highest PPP adjusted GDP per capita in the world.

Singaporeans enjoy one of the world's longest life expectancies, fastest Internet connection speeds and one of the lowest infant mortality rates in the world. It has the highest per capita spending on AI in the whole of Asia, and is one of the religiously most diverse societies on the planet.
